Goals & Objectives
In 2006, Aqua once again called on Valley to provide a solution
for their exhibit needs. They posed a challenge to move away
from the traditional format of displaying product to showcasing
their entire array of systems... a challenge, indeed, due
to the physical size of Aqua's products. The ultimate
objective of this exhibit was to focus attention towards
four scaled-down models that showed Aqua's products
and systems in their working environment allowing customers
and prospects to easily visualize a complete treatment system.
In addition, Aqua's objectives were to create a more
interactive environment without adding more booth personnel.
Solution
Valley's solution was an innovative exhibit design
that provided a dramatic corporate identity for Aqua and
further created a welcoming setting within it. The exhibit
featured low-profile, custom kiosks that provided an interaction
point with their attendees via touch screen PowerPoint demonstrations.
Additionally, focus was brought to the four process models
through gigantic overhead fabric circles and dramatic lighting
as a visual guide. This helped to segment the exhibit into
Aqua's key areas of expertise and solved any issues
with the flow of attendee traffic.
Valley provided a turn key project including design, build,
graphic production, transportation, show site supervision
and labor and all other show services.
Results
The results of this exhibit were hugely successful. Aqua
attracted the largest amount of visitors in the history of
their exhibitions at WEFTEC and continues to cultivate sales
opportunities from their efforts at the show.
