Goals & Objectives
Dubin Residential were just a couple months away from opening two new upscale downtown Chicago developments when they came to Valley. The project called for outfitting two separate sales trailers at two different development sites. Our overall goal was to effectively extend the Dubin brand while paying special attention to communicate the lifestyle of these particular developments.
Solution
We started by focusing on the buyer demographic which, in turn, would dictate the main direction of our design concepts. We were motivated by simple, elegant and modern styles of the living areas and therefore the colors, shapes and materials we used became a reflection of the future occupants. All design, fabrication, graphics, transportation and installation were completed in-house by Valley in less than 60 days.
Results
Since the execution of our sales center design, both developments are nearly sold out and additional sales centers are being built for future developments.
